ā€œI’ve been through enough to be bitter… but I’m not. Allah didn’t let this heart turn cold.ā€

I’ve faced disappointments that could’ve hardened me.
I’ve tasted loneliness that could’ve made me numb.
I’ve walked through things quietly,
while people assumed I was fine.

But here I am—
still soft.
Still hopeful.
Still able to smile at small things and cry in prayer.

That softness is not weakness.
It’s protection.
It’s proof.

---

šŸ•Š Allah Preserved My Gentleness

The world doesn’t always reward a soft heart.
Sometimes it bruises it.
But I’ve learned this:
a soft heart that turns to Allah is never left unguarded.

Allah kept me kind,
even when life felt cruel.
Allah kept me tender,
even when pain tried to toughen me.

🌿 The Masjid Reminds Me It’s Safe to Be This Way

Every time I sit in the quiet of the masjid,
I’m reminded: I don’t have to wear armor here.
I don’t have to pretend.
I can let my voice tremble in du’a.
I can cry over things no one else knows.

And still—
I’m held.

By Allah’s mercy.
By Allah’s silence that speaks louder than the world’s noise.

---

šŸ’ž My Softness is Part of My Worship

To feel deeply and still choose sabr—
that’s worship.
To be open-hearted in a hard world—
that’s worship.
To keep returning to Allah with sincerity,
despite being hurt—
that’s worship too.

This softness isn't naĆÆve.
It’s sacred.

And I’ll protect it,
because Allah protected it in me.
